Return & Cancellation Policy

Return & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: August 20, 2026

Direct To Neighbor provides custom advertising and related services. Because advertising space, design work, printing, production, and mailing are scheduled specifically for each advertising cycle, our purchases are subject to the following return, cancellation, and change policy.

No Returns

All advertising purchases are final once the applicable cancellation cutoff date has passed. Direct To Neighbor does not accept returns or provide refunds after that cutoff because advertising space and production capacity have been reserved for the advertiser and the advertisement may already have entered design, production, printing, or mailing preparation.

Cancellations Before the Cutoff Date

You may cancel your advertising order before the cutoff date for the applicable publishing cycle. The cutoff date is generally the 15th day of the month preceding the scheduled publishing or mailing month.

For example, an advertisement scheduled for publication or mailing in October would generally have a cancellation cutoff date of September 15.

The specific cutoff date for a campaign may vary when production schedules, holidays, mailing schedules, or other circumstances require an earlier or different deadline. If a different cutoff date applies to your advertising order, that communicated date will control.

Changes to Your Advertisement

You may request changes to your advertisement before the applicable cutoff date. Changes may include corrections or updates to advertising copy, offers, contact information, website information, images, logos, or other advertising content.

Requested changes must be received early enough to be completed before the advertisement enters final production. Direct To Neighbor cannot guarantee that changes submitted on or near the cutoff date can be completed if production has already begun.

After the Cutoff Date

After the applicable cutoff date, advertising orders cannot normally be canceled, refunded, or changed. The advertisement may already be finalized, scheduled, printed, submitted for production, or prepared for mailing.

Advertiser Responsibility

Advertisers are responsible for reviewing the information and materials they submit and for providing accurate business names, telephone numbers, addresses, website addresses, promotional offers, dates, prices, logos, images, and other advertising content.

Please notify Direct To Neighbor of any requested correction or change as soon as possible and before the applicable cutoff date.

Direct To Neighbor Errors

If Direct To Neighbor makes a material production error that causes the published advertisement to differ materially from the final advertisement approved or information correctly supplied by the advertiser, please contact us promptly. We will review the circumstances and determine an appropriate remedy, which may include correction in a future advertising cycle or another reasonable resolution.

How to Request a Cancellation or Change

To request a cancellation or change, contact Direct To Neighbor using the contact information provided on our website.
